Unlock Your True Potential as an Advanced Freediver
You’ve mastered the fundamentals. You’ve become comfortable at intermediate depths. Now you’re ready for the stage where freediving becomes a true art.
The Molchanovs Wave 3 Freediving Course is designed for experienced freedivers who want to dive deeper, move more efficiently, master advanced equalization techniques and develop the mindset required for high-level performance. This isn’t simply another certification. It’s an opportunity to completely transform the way you dive.
At Camotes Freediving, you’ll train in one of the world’s best freediving environments alongside highly experienced coaches who have guided everyone from recreational divers to national record holders and international competitors. Whether your goal is 40 metres, 50 metres or beyond, Wave 3 provides the technical foundation that every serious freediver needs.
Why Take Wave 3?
Many freedivers eventually reach a plateau. Depth becomes inconsistent. Equalization starts limiting progression. Relaxation disappears as dives become deeper. Small technical mistakes become increasingly costly. Wave 3 is specifically designed to solve these challenges. Rather than simply asking you to dive deeper, we teach you how elite freedivers approach every aspect of a dive—from preparation on the surface to the final metres of ascent. This course bridges the gap between recreational freediving and advanced performance.
Why Train in the Philippines?
Few places in the world offer conditions as suitable for advanced freediving as the Philippines. Warm water, deep dive sites, excellent visibility and year-round training conditions allow you to focus entirely on improving your technique. At Camotes Freediving, you’ll enjoy:
- Purpose-built freediving platforms
- Deep water only minutes from shore
- Calm tropical conditions
- Professional safety systems
- Small coaching groups
- Video analysis and personalized feedback
Everything is designed to maximize your progression while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Advanced Freediving Is About Efficiency, Not Strength
Many divers believe deeper diving requires stronger lungs. The reality is quite different. Advanced freedivers succeed because they become more efficient. They waste less energy. They equalize effortlessly. They remain mentally relaxed. They understand how every movement influences oxygen consumption. Wave 3 is where these skills come together.
Your Transformation
Students typically begin Wave 3 feeling excited—but also slightly intimidated. The thought of deeper dives naturally creates uncertainty. By the end of the course, most students experience something remarkable. Depth no longer feels intimidating. It feels enjoyable. Typical outcomes include:
✔ Comfortable dives approaching 34–40 metres (depending on individual progression)
✔ Significantly improved equalization
✔ Relaxed freefall
✔ More efficient technique
✔ Better confidence
✔ Greater understanding of advanced physiology
✔ A structured roadmap for future performance
More importantly, you’ll leave with the confidence to continue progressing safely.
