Train Like an Elite Freediver
You’ve already achieved what most freedivers only dream about. You’ve developed advanced techniques, gained confidence at depth and discovered the incredible feeling of effortless freefall. Now it’s time to stop thinking like a recreational freediver—and start training like an elite athlete.
The Molchanovs Wave 4 Freediving Course is the highest recreational certification in the Molchanovs education system. Designed for experienced freedivers, it focuses on refining every aspect of your performance through advanced coaching, individual feedback and world-class training methods.
At Camotes Freediving, you’ll learn from one of the world’s most experienced freediving educators in one of the best locations for freediving in the Philippines and freediving in Asia.
Whether your goal is to become a stronger athlete, prepare for competitions or simply discover your true potential, Wave 4 represents the next step towards mastery.
Why Take Wave 4?
By the time you reach Wave 4, you’ve probably realised something. Progress no longer comes from simply diving more. Every additional metre requires better technique. Better relaxation. Better equalization. Better planning. Better understanding. The difference between a good dive and an exceptional dive often comes down to details that are almost invisible. Wave 4 teaches you how to identify those details—and how to improve them. This course is no longer about collecting certifications. It’s about mastering your craft.
Why Train in the Philippines?
The Philippines has become one of the world’s premier destinations for deep freediving. Warm tropical water. Excellent visibility. Reliable diving conditions. Deep sites just minutes from shore. At Camotes Freediving, you’ll benefit from:
- Purpose-built freediving platforms
- Deep water only minutes away
- Warm water year-round
- Small coaching groups
- Professional safety systems
- Individualised coaching
Every element of the environment is designed to maximise your progression while allowing you to focus entirely on your performance.
Learn From Experience That Few Schools Can Offer
Advanced freediving coaching requires more than technical knowledge. It requires years of experience pushing personal limits, coaching athletes and understanding how performance evolves over time. Your instructor is:
- 13-time French National Record Holder
- Former Head of Education for Molchanovs
- Molchanovs Instructor Trainer Developer
- International competition organizer
- Coach to athletes ranging from complete beginners to national record holders and instructors
This unique combination of elite athletic experience and educational expertise allows us to provide a level of coaching rarely available outside high-performance training environments.
Precision Creates Performance
Elite freedivers aren’t necessarily stronger. They’re simply more efficient. Every movement has a purpose. Every breath is intentional. Every phase of the dive is optimized. Wave 4 is designed to help you analyze and refine every detail of your diving until efficiency becomes second nature.
Your Transformation
Wave 4 is about much more than reaching another depth milestone. It’s about changing the way you think. By the end of the course, you’ll understand:
✔ How to analyze your own performances
✔ How to identify technical weaknesses
✔ How to structure long-term training
✔ How to refine Mouthfill
✔ How to become more efficient
✔ How to remain relaxed under pressure
✔ How to continue progressing independently
Rather than depending entirely on an instructor, you’ll develop the knowledge and awareness needed to coach yourself effectively while continuing to seek expert feedback when needed.
